For TON, the amount is converted at the price of the moment you place the order and fixed for that order.

Avoiding mistakes

• Right network: send TRC20 USDT only on TRON and BEP20 USDT only on BNB Smart Chain.
• Exact amount: some exchanges take the withdrawal fee out of the amount; make sure the amount that arrives is exactly the one shown.
• Order lifetime: a direct-payment order is valid for a few hours; after that, create a new order and don't send the old amount.
• If something goes wrong (wrong network or amount, late payment), the top-up isn't credited automatically; send the transaction id (txid) to support.
